Cynwyd Station and the Lower Merion Historical Society — A Good Fit

I came across this Plan Philly posting recently about efforts to restore the old Cynwyd Station . It’s a cool, collaborative project in Lower Merion that, when completed, would be the beginning of a Cynwyd Heritage Trail, eventually linking to Manayunk and the Schuylkill River Trail. How cool would that be for cyclists and other outdoorsy types, not to mention being one more way to link the ‘burbs to the city in a concrete — yet green — way. If you think it’s as cool as I did, help them out! There’s a Kickstarter link in the article.

About deb

Wandering and wondering - taking it all in -- and increasingly shaking my head. Who are we and how did we get to this here? And, what, where and how next? Putting what I see and think out there in pictures and always looking for other ways, hence, this blog. This blog, like me, is a work in process and still doesn't quite know what it wants to be when it grows up.
